new swype beta released - 1.56.30.7625.t100

just got the email and downloaded it...

some noticeable differences:
- swype keyboard listed above android keyboard in the settings.
- cannot disable vibrate on key press
- space bar has long press for tab

thats about it for now...

testing this on p3droid's froyo release. the regular installer version kept locking up on me before and i had to put on the "other .t100" release for it to work...


dammit.. just saw the other thread.. please merge with that one...

post your observations of the changes...

My swype doesn't even work...I try swyping...it shows the track but the words don't show up in text box. I am puzzled.

Try switching to the Android kb & then back to Swype.
