New to Eclipse...a few questions

Hello,

Just flashed on Eclipse yesterday and gotta say its my favorite by far. I think I'm going to stick with this, but I have a few questions...

1 - mp3 ringtones? On the stock Moto rom I could use a mp3 ringtone, setting it thru the music player. Is there a way to do this on Eclipse? Via USB and browsing the root files?

2 - An email widget? Another feature that Moto had a nice version of but can't find on Eclipse...Are there any free widget apks I could grab?
