New to forum

How do I change my picture on my forum profile!!! Every time I click the Droid guy nothing happens :'(

Click on User CP up on top, or try this link, http://www.droidforums.net/forum/usercp.php, and then you can edit your profile picture or avatar from there.

Thanks I was able to get to the upload screen thank you ! But every picture I try to upload fails :'( even after resizing a million times.
