New To RAZR!! NEED ADVICE PLEASE!!

OK I am new to RAZR and it is replacing my Bionic as of tommorrow.
On the Bionic I have Theory ROm KIN3TX Which is AWESOME.

My question..... Is there a ROM by Theory that is built upon the stock ICS and is fully functional ICS?

Basically I am a Android enthusiest and know tons about Android but am a RAZR and ICS NEWB.

Can anyone give me the basics? Rooting ICS, ICS ROM, Custom Recovery..... yeah then I will be set. LOL

Hey not sure about that rom but if you have the razr get matts utility 1.8 it will have all your rooting and recovery needs i dont want to post links for other sight so go to you tube look for W0017roid look at his link .215 update and utility is in his links
