New to rooting - How to unroot Droid x2

Hi all. I'm new to rooting phones and would like to know if there is a good method out there to restore the OEM system if something goes wrong. I have read that Gingerbreak is my best bet. I'm reading up on it now at XDA [26.04.2011][v1.2] GingerBreak APK (root for GingerBread) - xda-developers and would appreciate any tips.

You would do that with an SBF file. There are a few tutorials on how to do it here in the forums. Search is your friend.
