New to the droid 2

Hey guys first off thank you for even reading this i have a few questions about the droid 2 if you can please help me out.

How can I make my battery life longer?
How do you get your contacts to sync with your facebook photos?

before you post you should really go through a lot of the posts already established on the forum, but anyway.

Battery-
Settings:Battery Manager:Battery Settings:Maximum battery saver
Turn off GPS, Bluetooth, and WIFI (only if your 3g is good)
Auto-brightness
Get rooted if you feel comfortable and instal setcpu and clock down the processor using their integrated profiles
Turn off background data when not using the market or other apps- Settings: Data Manager: Data Delivery:Uncheck background data
Get rid of any task killers
Use minimal widgets
Buy extended battery.

Facebook contacts you can either sign into your facebook in the Accounts in the settings menu or individually sync every person with their correct facebook page (what i had to do)
