Santa hubby was early and brought me a Droid. Now I have to learn how to use it. Not into texting but there is SOOOO much to learn. Anyone tell me where to start?

What i would do is find a couple of applications that help save battery life. For example, Advanced Task Killer is both free and very helpful. The mobile version of this site also helps :). It just depends on what you are looking for and what kind of phone you have.

I would have to say no on the task killer and get a task manager. Task killers tend to eat up battery life quick. Android task manager is a good app. Shows all phone info available also. :welcome: to the community!

Welcome to the forum!!

Definitely stay away from task killers - nothing but problems.

As for learning, you just have to play with it until you're addicted to it. ...shouldn't be long. ;)
