New with some questions

So I just recently purchased the Droid 2 as my first smart phone. I really dont know much about all the cool things Ive been reading that most people do with the software or the phone itself. My first question would be, well possibly a second opinion. I just purchased the phone through Target mobile since they were offering me a price of only 10.00 with my upgrade. I couldn't resist the offer. However I wanted to know is there some kind of trick? or something that I don't know like fees later on or some surprises I might be receiving. It was 9.99 with the 2 year contract extension while keeping my same contract settings besides the 30.00 monthly data charge. It came with free shipping and a 20 dollar target gift card. I mean something must be fishy. Has anyone experienced or heard anything?...

a lot of 3rd party sellers have promos for VZW. id say youre fine since ur paying for the line and the data plan which most people also do.

In the fine print it will usually say you can't cancel your contract in the first 6 months, switch the phone to another line, or remove the data package. If you do then you are charged full retail.

Well it says I have 30 days to return the fone and the deal if im not satisfied with the fone or the deal... I just wanted to know if im going to be getting some crazy hidden surprise at the end of it all..

This is why they're lower on prices. Gotta love "double contracts"!

Nah, no hidden surprises......just gotta be familiar with their terms. As long as you have no intentions like the ones I posted above you will be fine.
