Newbie! HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hey all!

I am a new and proud owner of the new HTC Incredible! I switched from the horrible iPhone! I am trying to learn as fast as possible about this new amazing phone and I will certainly need your help... Actually, I hope it is OK to post this here but I am trying to figure out why the new contacts I input in my phone won't sync in gmail. I had all my contacts organized in gmail and they all transferred great but when I want to add a new contact on my phone, that's when the problem occur. I know a few people posted about this problem but I couldn't find a straight answer. Can this problem be fixed? I do have all the sync options on... oh and I am using Mac OS (if that makes any difference!)

Time for us both to learn something. on the moto-droid you go to "settings/accounts & sync" and make sure auto sync is on. Does this option exist for you?


edit: my bad, didn't read clearly....you have sync on.

a quick call to verizon will help too if you don't get a reply here.
