Newbie Question

I sometimes read a rom or mod is put in your phone by flashing and sometimes it says installing.

Does "flash from bootstrapper" mean the same thing as "go into cwm and install from zip"? If not then how are they different?

It's the same thing.

I think it is just said differently based on what type of recovery system the person saying it uses the most.

Thanks. I thought so but you can't be too careful. So the only thing installed a little differently is a radio since it has to be renamed img something and installed right on sd card by clicking on it right? Then renaming it so it doesn't flash itself again.
