So I got my fabulous droid 2 about two weeks ago. Being that I have had blackberrys for a while I am absoultely in LOVE w my droid!!! Yesterday I started having a few problems mainly my phone locking up and freezing! Or the browser locks up and doesn't allow me to click links. Only thing that works for both issues is pulling the battery out. A friend told me to download the advanced task killer did that and still having the problem :/ idk if this is a problem w droids seeing that there are quiet a few threads on this issue or if I just got a glitchy phone.....any tips and tricks to prevent this would be greately appreciated!!!dancedroid[CENTER]

First :welcome:

Second-uninstall the Task Killer

Android has a very effective task managment process built into the operating system, any third party app that claims to do the same will just cause conflict with your device

You can try a factory reset to fix your other issues but if the task killer was in play during these problems I would pinpoint it as the cause

If you have no task killer, have done a factory reset, and still experience these problems...take it to VZW and let them look at it
