Newest update fail on all attempts

I know there are forums about the update but I have tried to root, unroot my phone, used 3g, 4g and wifi as well to download and install update on mine and my wife's phones, still no luck on updating the phones, I even tried voodoo rootkeeper and still won't update...any ideas?

Sounds as if system files were possibly removed. OTA are finicky about bloat being deleted or frozen.. phone needs to have pretty much all pre loaded app there.
Also looks for tweaking for prop files.. Did you edit any of the build prop for 3g hack, tethering etc.... some various rooting tool apps do that also.

There should be an OTA thread where rooted users were discussing the issue.
