newish to android

Well got my first taste of Android with The Backflip and it was a horrible experience switched to a BB for a couple monts and After 20+ hours on the phone with ATT finally have a droid with VZW. Now just learning it and hoping to get it rooted and really get into this. Any good links or tutorials?
