nex tang themed launcher

I have absolutely no clue on how to get the nex tang themed launcher. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Download that, and install via Rom Manager or reboot into recovery and install as update.zip

Here I posted this a few days ago but it got buried. It doesn't have the black glass dock but has the dock icon for Nex-TANG.

This is the launcher I want. You have to scroll down the page to see it.

Do you have the latest Nex-Tang and LauncherPro? If so you can long press the "App Drawer" icon, click to add the app drawer and press custom icon. There should be a folder in your gallery that says "Files" (my came with it apparently).

Next on you homescreen click the menu button.
Then go Preferences > Appearance Settings > Dock Background > Glass

There you go, should look just like it.
