Nexus One stuck in startup mode. I hope Im posting in right group here

Hello,
My (older) (3 yr old phone) Nexus One is stuck in start up mode.

Any ideas would be GREATLY APPRECIATED and I can repay with any car related questions

I can do the system reboot and get the triangle w/ yellow ! and green droid.

what should I do

I can't remember my gmail account, its password is on my phone.

what should I do?
