NFL Mobile live stream through HDMI to TV

When I try to send the live audio/video stream through the HDMI cable, I get an error message that simply says that the phone is connected via the HDMI/TV cable. Anyone know how to successfully output a live video stream through the RAZR HD HDMI cable to the TV?

I believe Verizon put in some block that does not allow the NFL Mobile video to be sent out the HDMI to the TV. Others have reported the same problem, try doing a search to see what others are doing.
