No Android Market

Hello,

I just bought a Motorola XT701 from china and i have realised that the fone does not come with an android market. I would like to know how i can get the market. please help me i just want to download the google maps for my phone.

Mike, I'm not sure that will work. One those update.zip posted by tp are for our custom recovery images on our phone, therefore I doubt they would work for any stock recovery.

eliasmatthew, is there any type of file manager on your phone? Failing that, you'll have to get adb setup and working for your phone. Start there and then we'll get the proper .apk posted somewhere where you can grab it.
