No .com on keypad

Here's where the .com is hiding.
  • click and hold . (period) key
  • release after first haptic beep
  • menu pops up
  • click right arrow on bottom of menu
  • .com is the last choice on bottom on next menu
If you see the ... menu instead, that means you held the key too long (two haptic beeps)

And by the time you do that, it would have been faster to just swype it. :)

The "right arrow" should show as the last option on the bottom of the menu box. It's light gray in color.

Interesting that I just tried it again and the "arrow" is there, but now my options have changed order with .com no longer being the last option, and now .net is missing and .edu has appeared.

Has anyone else tried this and seen/not seen the arrow?

Would be nice if they just put back the .com button.

The arrow is there... .com is on my second list of options to choose.

.com normally only shows up when using input fields mapped to a URL. For example, the address bar in the browser should have .com as an option. Some apps/sites are tagged to support it, some arnt.

Update * - Aww, mine isnt showing anymore either... Bastards!

I tell you what, this OTA has more issues then the Leaks did... Way to go Verizon/Moto
