No DCIM Folder when connecting to USB connection with MacBook Pro

I usually connect my Bionic to my PC. I now want to connect to my work MacBook Pro. When I connect via 'USB Mass Storage' connection, I do not get the DCIM folder that contains my pictures and videos.

I fired up iPhoto and did not see the DCIM folder either.

Help!
