No Headphone sound

I got my droid today, the Motorola one, and i watched a youtube video with it using the audio jack to plug in head phones, worked fine

I tried again later, and now i have no sound from an audio jack for youtube or music, can some one please help?

I think it may be a setting i might of messed up
