No internet

When I plugged my d2 in it was fine but when I unplugged it about 3 hours later and it had no internet so I've checked all the settings I know including a factory reset. Any suggestions would be great

can you make phone calls? may just be a tower down in your area :/

That is what I am beginning to think because every few minutes ill get a bit of 1x data
