My LG dare had the option to look at my junk email folder. It was listed as "Bulk". I sometimes need to scan my bulk/junk folder to see if a new, wanted email has arrived there. The only folders available are Inbox, Trash, Outbox, Sent. I spoke with tech support at Verizon and they said it must be a setting in my msn account. Thing is, I never changed anything, but the phone. How do I get the junk folder to show?

1. I am and was using the email button/widget on both phones.
2. I am not viewing email through W.W.W. browsers. Direct link only.
3. Still need a junk filter for several hundred per day obvious reasons.
