No OTA for leaked 2.2??

I have the leaked Froyo 2.2 from August 21 on my DX. Phone is NOT rooted. When I run system update, I still get the message that update not needed.

Any ideas?? Also, what is the difference between the leaked 2.2 and VZW 2.2??
