No ringtone when someone calls

Does this happen on all contacts/calls, or just a random 1 or 2?

If its a single contact or a couple, make sure you havent accidentally set them to be Sent To Voicemail. Contacts--->a contact that this is happening to--->Menu Button---->Edit---->Incoming Calls--->Send Calls Directly To Voicemail<---Make sure this isnt selected.
