No service!!!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!! My phone is working except for the service I am unable to makes or recieve calls, send or receive texts. My phone is also shutting off and going into bootloader mode...I have no clue whats going on...I am running cyan 6.1.2 with a gingerbread theme on the droid 1...i will appreciate any help..THANKS IN ADVANCE

So you're saying you have 3G service but not CDMA?
