No sound for ringtone or any notifications. Does anyone know why

I have no sound for incoming calls or notifications of text emails or anything it is working intermittently but more times than not there is no sound vibrate doesn't work and I have gone into the setting to make sure that everything was okay does anyone have an answer as to the reason why what I can do to fix this problem Thanks

I think I remember something about this from a few months back.....search the forum for razrs.
Push on the back of the case, right of the camera, near the speaker.
I think I remember reading about loose connections at the speaker.
