Someone might've posted this already so sorry if its a repost but I'm not having sound from my Droid incredible. I can hear phone calls but no ringtone, no alarm clock, no speaker phone, media, etc. I've done a factory reset 3 times now. The first time it worked for a bit but then the sound disappeared again. It just happened this week too.I heard it was cause the software update but if thats the case then how do I fix it? Do I just go to Verizon and they can handle the issue on site. I would prefer to fix it myself and I don't want to send it in for a repair.
