"No video format for your phone"

I have a Motorola Droid with the newest 2.2 update as well as Flash 10.1.
For some reason when trying to watch a video clip from MSN I get this message,
"No video format for your phone". I was really hoping 10.1 would have taken care of this.
Anyone have any suggestions or reasons?

The same thing happens to me when I try to watch videos on Hulu :/

It seems to be hit and miss with mine. Sometimes when people post a video linked to youtube on FB I get the same message.
