It's looking a lot more likely we will actually see the Nokia Android smartphone come to retail markets soon. In fact, the device even had a pricetag already on a Vietnamese e-tailer website. As you can see in the pic above, the Nokia X (aka the Nokia Normandy) was listed as the Nokia X A110 for a price between 2.2 million and 2.5 million VND, which is about $110 USD.
By way of comparison, the same website sells the the Nokia Lumia 525 Windows Phone (which has double the RAM and double the storage) for 3.39 million ($160). Of course, these specs are less than stellar (to put it mildly), so we can't expect it to be too pricey.
This listing could just be wishful thinking. Furthermore, it has been taken down since it was originally posted, so who knows what to make of it. Still, several reports recently suggest that the Nokia Android phone might actually see the light of day. Then again, perhaps it's just an elaborate joke.
