my mother in law has a razr that is not connected to a phone line and and can only be used on wifi. it was still on the last version of gingerbread because she did not want to update and have to learn how to use her phone again (tech-illiterate :p). the other day it started saying the memory was full and it wouldnt open any apps, and would pop up a message saying there was not enough memory to open the application. i installed a blank 16g sd card into it and moved some files from internal memory to the sd card to try and free up memory but it did not help. i tried to perform a factory reset and it shut itself off and will not turn back on. i left it connected to the charger for a few hours but it still wont turn on. tried to boot in recovery but the phone wont do anything. plugged it into my computer and the light turns on, white. windows doesnt see it connected and it still wont do anything. is there any sbf file i can flash it with using rsdlite? or is there anuthing else i can do? verizon is unwilling to do anything with it because it is tied to a phone line that was never paid

The first thing you need to do is get it charged using the charger that came with the phone plugged into a wall outlet. It sounds like it has deep discharged, which is why it won't power up.

Well I left the phone plugged into the original charger overnight, but I still get nothing. Any other suggestions? I'm guessing it crashed and there's nothing I can do but it would be nice if I could save it
