Nooooo!! Replacement phone with no replacement app!

So my beautiful x2 went swimming last night Thank god for Asurion, because I have my replacement today. Anyway, I started redownolading all of my apps, when I went to redownload the live wallpaper I'd payed for (lovely beach) it's no longer available from the app store, it's impossible to find in search, and If I find a link pointing to it online, it directs me to the app's page in the app store with a yellow bar above saying that the app is no longer availiable. It was a wonderful beach scene that changed weather depending on the weather in my area. I LOVED that lwp, and I PAYED for it. Now I don't know how to get it back. Does anyone know how I can get it?

IF not, does anyone know about a lwp that changes with the weather, other than the beautiful widgets one, which is just plain ugly?

An Update! If I go to this link, I can see the application's page, but it says that this app is incompatible with every device that I own, which has to be untrue, because it ran perfectly on both my droid x2 and on my origional droid.
