Read the very first comment in the link you posted.

"More people are getting this update OTA, so obviously Verizon is blowing smoke up your"

and the second

"Your information is conflicting"

Keep in mind....that link is to COMPUTER WORLD....not an Android forum or Verizon forum or Motorola forum or anyone else who would know. If this were about windows 8 or something then I might believe but I find myself wondering what "pull" computer world has.

That's what I'd like to know, and can't seem to find out. I'll fully believe this when I get confirmation from a normal user that they got an update OTA from VZW. Till then, it's all speculation and hope.

EDIT: Confirmation meaning, "I was checking for updates, and there it was." Not, "I saw it on twitter."
