Not geting email when someone replys to post

For the longest time now, i haven't been receiving emails when someone repels to my thread, I make sure Notification Type is set to instant email before i submit a thread. I also checked CP to make sure everything right there, and it is. can anyone help me???

Check your Spam folder, if you find stuff in there mark them as not spam.
