Not impreesed with beats

Is it just me or is the music quality not even all that great with the rezound? My iPod sounds better....

I'm not sure. I just got mine today, and I tried them on both the Rezound and my iPod. And after just doing a test right now, I must say that they DO INDEED sound better on the iTouch of mine. The highs/vocals are a lot crisper, whereas the sound on the Rezound is lost a bit in the bass. PLUS, the iPod seems to have a harder hitting bass anyways. Eh. I guess I can use either one, depending on which has more battery life.

Beats isn't all that for me either. I use Poweramp with the Monster headphones and I can make it sound pretty darn good with some EQ tuning.

I'm not a fan of Beats, think it's a gimmick. I don't hear any discernable difference between the high dollar headphones that came with it and my $16 Skull CANDY INKD either
I'd suggest Power Amp music player and see if you like it more than the stock player
