I have a droid Razr,

System 6.12.181.xt912
2.3.6
Build 6.5.1-167

rooted, no rom's installed.

Used clockworkmod recovery v5.0.2.5

how do i unroot to update to ICS and should i?
I tried voodoo OTA but no luck.

Still learning this stuff so i'm no expert.

Main thing for me is not to brick it.

Download to your computer Matt's Razr Utility 1.6. Extract that .zip to its own folder. Install the drivers on your computer located in the driver's folder. Make sure USB Debugging is selected on your Razr. Power off your phone then power on holding down power and both volume keys. From the next screen scroll down to AP Fastboot and select it by pressing the volume up bottom. On your computer select the. bat file from the extracted. Zip folder. Using your factory supplied usb cable connect your phone to your computer. Allow enough time for your computer to recognize your phone. In the utility select option 1...restore. Your phone will be restored to factory. 181. All your 3rd party apps will be deleted. Backup your pics etc. From there you can check for updates on your phone and should be able to receive OTA upgrade to ICS.
