Not Receiving All Texts

Recently when texting people on my Moto Droid using the stock messaging app people will tell me that they have sent texts but when I go to look for them I never received them. This doesnt happen 97% of the time but when it does it seems like the person had something important to say.

So my question is, what the heck is keeping me from receiving 100% of my texts?? IF it heps im rooted and running PE 4.2. Would it fix everything if I went to a complete stock rom but was still rooted so i can overclock? ugh! this is very frustrating! :icon_evil:

I have PE 4.2 installed and have no issues with receiving text messages. Have you considered a different app? Have you tried clearing cache in the stock app?
