NO, but I did have an issue once where the phone I had was not getting messages etc. There was another number your phone uses and this was wrong, technical stuff, not sure what they did, but it was fixed. I had called in to Verizon, I did not take it in the store. Much easier to do it yourself while they guide you over the phone and you will learn more. If they can't fix it over the phone, tell them to put notes in the system so you can walk into a store and get a NEW replacement phone. Make sure you get them to replace the phone with a new one. Watch out for Verizon, they love to sell new and replace with refurbished. I had the Storm and it never really worked, after 5 replacements i told them ENOUGH. I paid for a new phone, never got it and this is how I received the Droid. So far so good.
