Not receiving texts, but can send...WTF?

I've just discovered that I'm not able to receive text messages. Before you ask, Yes, I have unlimited SMS on my account. Apparently, I can send texts just fine, I have confirmed the receipt of several texts by their recipients. However, my incoming texts are never arriving. I don't even know how to start trying to figure this out....

Is it from one particular person or everybody?

Could try going to settings - apps - all, find the messaging app and clear its data.
