Not Receiving Texts

[TD="class: alt1, bgcolor: #F5F5FF"]I am currently having an issue where I will not receive texts. The problem can fix itself when I send a text or reset the phone; then I will receive all the texts I haven't received all at once. I am currently rooted with CyanogenMod 7.1. Can anyone help?
