Not recieving calls

Apparently, as a few people have told me, sometimes they cannot get through. I was told today that 2 people tried calling me this morning a few times and I only showed a voicemail and a missed call from two of them. The other day I called someone and she said that she tried calling me a group of times and texting and I had neither a text nor a missed call from her.

I installed google voice last night so that could have something to do with today's (The two missed calls, one from each person, line up with the two voicemails, one from each person) but not the other day.

Any idea?

Try updating your PRL's. Dial *228 and select option 2. Good luck.

if you are using google voice as your main phone number, or you have your number forwarded to google voice, there could be a delay, which could result in GV having trouble in finding your phone.

try eliminating GV from the picture by turning off its services (online) and testing your phone from another location.

do what hookbill said and update your PRL also.
