So stupid me I messed around with the phone before reading directions....Put the phone and sim card in and then turned it on only to see that I was supposed to call and activate the 4G first....So I turned it off, called the number to activate the 4G and then turned the phone back on....It didn't run through the "activating" process that it did the first time....The phone is working fine in terms of making calls, connecting to wifi, and even using 3G...The only problem is that it isn't using 4G...I checked to make sure I should be getting it in my area and I am.....any ideas?
