Note 3 charges from USB 3 port but can't access media?

Hey using a note 3, if I hook it up through USB2 slot on my computer it both charges and lets me access my media.

but when I hook it up to my USB 3.0 slot, it charged, but the computer doesnt seem to recognize it beyond that.

Anyone know why this may be?

Do other USB devices work in the USB 3 port?

If no, I would say it is a missing USB 3 driver on your PC.

If others devices do work, idk.
