note to self force closing

anyone else experiencing force close issues with note to self on 12.31? I have wiped and installed 2 times with no luck. I've tried tweeting jamezelle, but I was a twitter hold out( until miui), so I'm sure I F$@?! up.

well i just tried it and it doesnt work for me either. I think this is apart of the https error that 12.31 has.

If you look at the logcat when you do the note to self, there is a permission denied:

Permission Denial: starting Intent { act=com.google.android.gm.action.AUTO_SEND typ=audio/amr flg=0x14000000 cmp=com.google.android.gm/.AutoSendActivity (has extras) } from ProcessRecord{4656e0f0 21792:com.google.android.voicesearch/10055} (pid=21792, uid=10055) requires com.google.android.gm.permission.AUTO_SEND

How does one go about allowing AUTO_SEND?
