Notification App Selection Menu Restore

OK, so in the past when selecting ringtones my Droid would prompt me with a selection screen to choose where I want to get the sound from. Now it does not. It's as if I checked the box to "Remember Selection". How do I recall that selection menu. The app in question is Handcent.
