notification bar issues

some how my three year old put three icons in the notification bar and i cant get rid of them. usually there icons on the right to stop the apps but they are not there. two are app for my toodler and i even deleated them. the other is the sound settings. phone is stock.

Have you tried stopping the app by going to your settings/apps/all apps and tapping the problem apps and stopping them?

If you've done that then try a factory data reset.

Actually doing a factory data reset isn't all that bad. Sometimes all the apps come back. And it's also good for getting rid of apps you never use anyway.
