Notification bar on lock screen

is there a way to get the notification bar to show up on the lock screen? I have tried widgetlocker but it is very delayed and buggy. it keeps going to the regular miui lock screen and then 5 seconds later finally goes to the widget locker home screen. If possible id like the default android lock screen instead of the miui lock screen

There is another way. Flash newer versions of miui

I think he means to drag down the windowshade without unlocking the phone
