Does anyone know what two arrows in the shape of a circle in the notification bar means? I thought it meant I had updates but everything is updated

What kind are you referring too??? Do you mean an app notification??? If so go into the apps settings and unselect the "show in notification bar" box. Hope this helps?

I have the time that shows and also gps emblem. I do not have locations turned on and my widget has the time.

The clock on the far right cannot generally be removed unless you are rooted and running a ROM that supports that. The GPS symbol should only show when it is searching for GPS position - do you have anything checked under your "location services" - phone settings, location...

I have Google services but when I uncheck it the emblem is still there. My problem really is lack of room so my text symbol will show.
