Notification drop down text

Is there an easy way in CM7 to change the "Verizon Wireless" text? I know in Liberty it was an option in the toolbox, but I'm not sure if the toolbox will work for this as well.

And if it is changed, will it change in the both drop down and the lockscreen, like it is in Liberty?

Liberty Toolbox Pro wont work.

If it does get changed, it will show up on the lockscreen too

I figured Liberty Toolbox probably wouldn't work, since it's designed for Liberty ROM.

I am going to try the free version, as people are saying it works better than the Pro version. Which sucks since I paid $5.

JRummy did say on Twitter that he was working on a ROM Toolbox, which will be like Liberty Toolbox, but work for all ROMs/phones. Hopefully that comes out soon!

You can adjust it's size in CM Settings...in the Interface/Status Bar tweaks, where you can at least set it to "compact carrier label" which reduces its size. I don't even notice it any more...

The universal toolbox from jrummy will be out very soon from what I've read on his twitter page. If you can, just be patient. You can also look for a script that can be entered in terminal to change pull down text
I use the condensed status bar pulldown in cm settings so verizon wireless is very small and hardly noticeable

I use the compact carrier label too, but I want to change the text, more for my lock screen than the pull down. I leave Saturday for a cruise, so I'm trying to get my phone setup exactly how I want it before I leave. (Since I know I will be playing catch-up with a week of Android/CM4D2 news when I get back)

EDIT: actually, the cruise leaves Saturday, but I won't have much access to anything after tomorrow around 3-4pm

I'd be more worried about getting your body in shape before the cruise...be prepared to be confronted by more food than you could ever imagine. ;-)

Haha I've been on a cruise before. It was 6 years ago, but I've done it, so I know what I'm in for: A good time, and a LOT of food. I <3 food, so it's not a problem lol
