Notification for text messages during a call

Is it possible to only get notifications for text messages while on a phone call? I have only been able to find an option to get notifications for all messages while on a phone - emails and text messages.

However, is there way or an app which will only make a sound when I am on the phone if a text message comes through?

The only way I think you can do this without writing or asking someone to write an app is through Tasker. If you purchase Tasker and maybe join one of the many forums dedicated to it, you might be able to pull it off.
