How can I receive some sort of notification from a chat module on my business website?

I emailed Chatroll Co. last night about the issue. Hopefully they will say yes. Even if they do, I cannot seem to get instant emails on my Droid2. I've tried setting the phone to Datapush-Manualfetch and that did not work. Is there some way that I can set up my droid to receive emails instantly?

That's really dependant on which type of email service you have. IMAP is instant, POP is not.

I am setup for POP. Data-push, Fetch-Manual. If I change POP to IMAP do you think this will do the trick?

I changed my email from POP to IMAP and it seems to have slowed down the receiving time. Can you please make a suggestion as to what I am setting up wrong?
